Rahul is the interim Head of Finance for Crosscode. He previously spent 13 years at Ascend Capital, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, where he was Director of Analytics. Rahul started his career at Mars & Co, a strategy consulting boutique, where he consulted for Fortune 100 companies in the health insurance, consumer products, energy, and automobile industries.
Rahul holds a B.S. from Harvard University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Stanford University.

Mr. Desai is a Founding Principal at Liquid Venture Partners, LLC, a boutique investment firm that focuses on capital formation for early-stage technology companies. Prior to co-founding Liquid, he was Managing Director of Investment Banking at MDB Capital Group, where he focused on raising capital for venture-stage companies in a variety of high-tech industries. Before that, he worked as Director of Investment Research at MDB Capital.
Previously, Mr. Desai worked in the Strategy & Operations group at Deloitte Consulting. He started his career as an associate at the New York law firm Cravath, Swaine, and Moore, where he focused on securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Desai holds an A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Aditya “Adi” Sharma, an expert in critical enterprise architecture needs, founded Crosscode after witnessing the barriers that frustrate agile and seamless technological change. He brings over 25 years as an enterprise architect and strategist for global enterprises like HP, Cisco, UHG, IBM and more.
Adi has advised numerous Fortune executives, worked on global business transformation projects spanning industry verticals and enabled business models and strategies leveraging cutting edge technologies.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from T.A.PAI Institute and a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Communications from Mangalore University.
Robert Oh is a pioneering Information Technology (IT) and business leader, who leverages technology to transform business cultures, build sustainable value, drive scalable growth and create an environment of continuous improvement. He currently works for Hanon Systems (KOSPI: 018880.KS) as a Corporate Chief Information Officer based in Seoul, Korea. He also serves as a Permanent Director on the company’s board of directors.
Mr. Everson had 32 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PWC). After beginning his career in the Assurance practice, Miles moved to the PWC’s Advisory practice and took on Canadian, U.S. Asia Pacific, and Global business leadership roles, including several Financial Services leadership roles before becoming US Vice Chairman and Advisory Leader. Beginning in 2013, Miles assumed international leadership roles, beginning with the newly-created role of Asia Pacific Americas Advisory and Consulting Leader, and then assuming the role of Global Advisory and Consulting CEO in 2015. The scope of this business includes consulting, deals, and forensic services, operating with over 60,000 professionals and serving clients in more than 150 countries. He also served many of the PWC’s most prestigious clients and served on various Firm leadership committees
Samantha serves as the Lead Graphic Designer at Crosscode and is responsible for the company’s branding and marketing imagery. She was a graphic designer for several companies in the past, including Rustic Marlin, Vertex Solutions, and Panther Print and Copy Center.
She holds an MFA degree in Graphic Design from Boston University in addition to three other degrees in various art fields.
In her role as Crosscode’s Director of Marketing, Brenda oversees the company’s marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns. She works as a liaison with Sales and has responsibility for the Inbound Sales team. Brenda brings 15 years of experience with IBM, where she supported federal customers and system integrators. Before that, she worked with Rational (acquired by IBM), Power J (acquired Sybase) and several startups in Boston and the California Bay Area.
Brenda holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Daniel Webster College.
David S. Palan, who brings over 35 years of finance leadership experience to Crosscode, oversees all financial and regulatory functions at the company.
Prior to joining Crosscode, David served as the CFO for a technology startup and oversaw its acquisition.
Soumik is the Chief Technology Officer of Crosscode. Prior to joining the company, Soumik led the security team at Glint Inc (acquired by LinkedIn).
In his 20-year career, Soumik has developed innovative security, networking and virtualization products and technologies for established companies such as ZoneLabs (acquired by Checkpoint), TriCipher (acquired by VMWare) and RocketFuel.
Soumik holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune.
In his role as a Senior Vice President of Services and Support at Crosscode, Mahmood is responsible for the company’s go-to-market strategy and overseeing all customer success operations, including implementations, trials, and pre-sales.
A leader with a 25+ years record as an entrepreneur, software developer. Founded a software company called SpeechWare and successfully created alliances with large companies including Telia, Preseco AB, Staffware and a successful exist. Mahmood has worked with some of the largest global enterprises such as HP, IBM, CSC, NetSuite, and Oracle developing AI enabled ERP, CRM software and impactful business solutions to largest clients. These include Ericsson, Aramark, Dreamworks, Clorox, GM.
He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Salford, England and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
